Wow!!!! Who could have imagined a cake so beautiful, delicious and completely edible! For daughter’s 16 th birthday…this was “icing on the cake”! She had so many friends comment on her facebook about her beautiful cake! Thank you for making her day extra special! You are an incredible artist and baker too!!!!!

Erica, I love this one! Can’t imagine how long it took to cut out those applique pieces on the book… they are perfect! And I love the colors you used.
